Services
Practical AI for the work you repeat every week. Each service starts with a written playbook and keeps a person in charge of what goes out.

- Follow-up reminders and drafted check-ins
- One-tap approve, edit or skip, from your phone or desktop

- Updates when the work changes, so the playbook stays the source of truth

What’s included

- AI fills in and analyzes the template
- Where it helps, a question can be checked by more than one AI model and disagreements flagged
- A named person on your team reviews results before anyone relies on them

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. We handle setup and connections. You bring the knowledge of how your business works, and we turn it into playbooks and tools you can use.
Which AI tools do you use?
We work with the tools that fit your business, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, alongside Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Because your playbooks are written down and owned by you, you can switch AI tools without starting over.
Will AI send things without my approval?
Not unless you decide it should. Everything starts with a person approving what goes out. Over time, routine low-risk tasks can run automatically if you choose. Money, contracts and legal matters stay with you.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays in your own accounts wherever possible. We agree up front on what is shared with which AI provider, and we only connect what a playbook needs.
Can AI get things wrong?
Yes. AI can be confidently wrong, which is why important outputs are reviewed by a person and why we fix the playbook whenever something comes out wrong.
How is pricing set?
It depends on scope. Typically there is a one-time setup for the first playbooks and connections, then optional monthly support with a written scope. We’ll talk through options after the first conversation.
Are you an IT support company?
No. We build and support AI playbooks and automations. Ongoing support is clearly scoped, so you always know what’s covered.
